Motion X Dance 2026 Summer workshop
The Motion X Summer Workshop is a unique, one of a kind training experience in the DMV. The workshop features 3 days of intensive dance classes in a range of styles taught by Motion X artists and renowned guests from NYC, DC and beyond! The classes featured at the workshop will push your artistic and technical limits, but will leave you feeling inspired.

Adult/Professional - Ages 18+
Pre-Professional - Ages 14+
*Younger dancers are invited to participate with special permission from the Director. Please e-mail [email protected] if your child is under 14 years old.

Daily Schedule:
Each day starts at 10am and goes until 4:30pm (each day's end time will vary slightly)
Workshop will include ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz, commercial styles, improv techniques, and stretch and recovery.
