FATE OF CHOICE (2027)
Fate of Choice is a reimagined multimedia dance work exploring the tension between free will and determinism. Structured in multiple cohesive chapters, the work flows through familiar choreographic moments with shifting perspectives, revealing how the same movement can embody both “choice” and can also be the effect of uncontrollable forces. Live dance performance merges with multimedia design, inviting audiences to question whether our paths are shaped by the decisions we make or by forces beyond our control. “Fate of Choice” is a collaboration featuring choreography by Stephanie Dorrycott and original multimedia design by Lindsay Benson Garrett.
Show Dates TBA

POLYSCOPE:
A collaboration of dance and multimedia POLYSCOPE is a multimedia and contemporary dance performance examining a common human experience: the lifecycle of the wildfire we call “passion.” If this spark is found in childhood, what does dancing around the flame look like throughout a lifetime? POLYSCOPE inspires audiences, young and old, to harness their passion as they navigate through life. The abstract visuals and dynamic movement come together to create a visual kaleidoscope of color, mirrors, and design. POLYSCOPE premiered as part of the 2024 Atlas INTERSECTIONS Festival in Washington, DC on Friday, March 8, 2024. |
