Motion X seeks new dancers to join us for the 2026-27 season!

• Dancers must have strong ballet technique and an extensive knowledge of contemporary and modern dance. We are drawn to kind, open-minded artists that are willing to collaborate in the creative process. Partnering experience is also highly recommended.
• Company rehearsals are Tuesday mornings from 10am-1:30pm and occasional Sunday afternoons usually between 1pm-4pm. 
• Company artists receive performance stipends when accessible.
• Dancers of all genders, backgrounds and diversities are welcome to audition!

• Next class: Monday, July 27 | 7-8:30pm 

Motion X does not hold a formal audition, but asks that dancers submit audition materials including a resume, headshot, and video reel to our Artistic Director with their expression of interest. E-mail materials to [email protected]. Dancers can also attend our Summer Workshop to be used as an audition. This year's workshop has passed, but check back next Summer for another great Workshop weekend in 2027!
