Why donate?
Motion X Dance Co. is a small cohort of artists creating visually dynamic works that connect with a wide audience. Dancers/artists are drawn to Motion X, not only because of the work we produce, but because of the safe and inviting environment we create behind the scenes. The works created by Motion X reflect personal passions and experiences, but are designed for our surrounding community. Although we have been able to produce shows without much financial backing, our goal is to be able to properly compensate the artists and staff involved in the process from start to finish.
Motion X is also passionate about education and training. We offer multiple open classes throughout the season for dancers of all ages and provide a number of resources for dancers looking to expand their training and grow as performers. We are looking to expand our outreach so that we can provide free access to performances and classes to underserved communities.
